What It Means to Be Pro Staff

Off The Back Outdoors Pro Staff members represent our brand on and off the water. We are looking for passionate anglers who embody integrity, sportsmanship, and a love for the outdoors while actively helping grow the Off The Back Outdoors community.

Adult Pro Staff Requirements

Social Media Activity

Minimum of 4 social media posts per month featuring Off The Back Outdoors products.
Minimum of 8 social media stories/reels per month.
Tag Off The Back Outdoors in all applicable posts.
Use company-approved hashtags and promotional materials when available.
Share catches, fishing tips, product demonstrations, and tournament experiences.

Brand Promotion

Recommend Off The Back Outdoors products to fellow anglers when appropriate.
Display Off The Back Outdoors decals, apparel, or gear whenever possible.
Actively engage with followers by answering questions about our products and brand.

Community Involvement

Participate in local fishing events, tournaments, expos, or community activities when possible.
Promote conservation, ethical fishing practices, and positive outdoor experiences.
Maintain a respectful and professional presence online and in person.

Content Submission

Submit at least:
- 4 high-quality photos per month
- 2 short videos or reels per month
- Product feedback and catch reports as requested

Sales & Referral Program

Use your unique Pro Staff discount/referral code.
Encourage customers to use your referral code.
Track referrals and help grow the Off The Back Outdoors customer base.

Product Testing & Use Acknowledgment

Off The Back Outdoors is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of products or participation in activities.
